We wrote and recorded this in 2004/05. We were inspired by a speech Bill Clinton gave when he accepted the Democratic party's nomination for president in 1992. We played it a lot back in the day but to be honest we stopped when U2 released Invisible as it too includes the famous refrain. We thought our backstage buddies should get a chance to see where we come from. And here is a video of us playing it live in Glasgow quite some time ago too. Let us know what you think. it got lots of radio play back then and a great response from DJs which got us really excited at the time! Still love the song.

Oh we were called The Janes for a few minutes back then. Signed a deal and there was an American band called December at that time...still is but we are past caring. It was our name first :)
